The purpose of sensing the environment and geographical positions, device monitoring, information gathering are accomplished using Wireless Sensor Network (WSN), which is a non-dependent consisting distinct collection Node (SN). Thus, clustering based on Energy Efficient (EE), one most crucial processes performed in WSN with environments, utilized. In order to efficiently manage energy allocation during communication, present research managing efficiency basis distributed algorithm. Multiples EE methods were incapable supporting routing MIN-EC spite focus harvesting minimum Consumption (EC). three stages performance proposed this work. At outset, Route Searching Time (RST) fluctuating node density PKTs, EC reduced by Hybrid Energy-based Multi-User Routing (HEMUR) model an ideal route for various SNs PKTs obtained model. By utilizing Approximation Algorithm (AA), Bregman Tensor Clustering (BTAC) applied improve Path Selection (RPS) Data Packet Transmission (DPT) at Sink (SkN). enhanced Throughput Rate (NTR) low DPT Delay provided BTAC. When compared other advanced techniques, Average Per (AEPP) 39% application proportional fairness Boltzmann Distribution (BD). Gaussian Fast Linear Combinations (GFLC) AA BTAC Communication Overhead (COH) increase 19% delay 23%. rest CE 8% 27% GISEDC method.
